How to Record Your Desktop

Step 1: Install Movavi Screen Recorder

Download Screen Capture Studio, save the installation file to your hard drive, then run it and follow the instructions to install the program.

Step 2: Set the Recording Parameters

Before you start recording your screen activities, adjust the capture area by selecting the size and moving it to the appropriate position. You can record either full screen or any smaller part of the screen.

Two Wonderful Visual Lists of Educational iPad Apps for Teachers and Students ~ Educational Technology and Mobile Learning

In their attempts to establish a 1:1 program for the year 6 class, St Oliver Plunket has recently held a series of workshops in order to develop their students skills before they were officially given management of their very own devices.





The workshops were particularly centered around teaching students about some tips and tricks for managing their iPad, email etiquette, successful searching and copyright and creative commons. I personally was thrilled by the efforts these people from St Oliver are putting into making their 1:1 program a success and I hope other schools would do the same.

What attracts my attention more than anything else in this program are the two lists of core apps curated for both teachers and students. As soon as I saw the titles included in these lists I knew from my own experience in reviewing educational apps that these could be a very good start for anyone of you out there trying to incorporate iPad in your  teaching. Unfortunately the the app names are not hyperlinked which means that you need to google them in order to access them in iTunes store.

Perghh !!! Dato Vida Mahu Plat 'F1' Untuk Ferrari Miliknya

PETALING JAYA: Pengasas syarikat produk kecantikan dan kesihatan, Vida Beauty Datuk Seri Dr Hasmiza Othman akan memastikan kereta Ferrari yang bakal dimilikinya diserikan dengan nombor pendaftaran F1.
Hasmiza atau lebih dikenali sebagai Dr Vida berkata beliau turut mempunyai satu lagi pilihan iaitu nombor plat V1 sekiranya bidaannya yang pertama gagal.
"Nombor plat F1 yang juga singkatan bagi acara permotoran berprestij dunia, Formula Satu menjadi keutamaan saya. Ia cukup unik dan ada makna tersendiri.
"Kebetulan pengumuman mengenai nombor pendaftaran dengan abjad F hadir di saat saya memang berhasrat mahu memiliki sebuah kereta sporty iaitu model Ferrari dalam masa terdekat," katanya kepada mStar Online.
Beliau berkata demikian mengenai kenderaan di Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur yang akan menggunakan nombor pendaftaran baharu bermula dengan abjad ‘F’ dan 'V' mulai 1 Jun ini.
Justeru, Vida berkata beliau tidak sabar untuk menunggu proses bidaan dibuka bagi memastikan hasratnya untuk memiliki nombor plat itu menjadi kenyataan.
"Saya amat teruja dan seronok. Sudah pasti F1 akan jadi nombor panas, orang ramai pasti berlumba-lumba untuk membidanya," katanya.
Ditanya mengapa beliau memilih 'F1', Vida berkata F merujuk kepada Ferrari dan nombor 1 membawa maksud beliau sentiasa mahu menjadi orang pertama dalam mencetuskan sesuatu.
"Jika sebelum ini nombor enam sentiasa dekat dengan diri saya tetapi kali ini nombor satu jadi pilihan utama. Ia memberi makna yang cukup besar kepada diri saya," katanya.
Vida mempunyai beberapa koleksi kereta mewah antaranya, Bentley dan Lamborgini Aventador berwarna jingga dengan nombor pendaftaran DV166.
